Kakko has size and is more NHL ready than Hughes, Wings being in rebuild I'd choose Hughes

Will be a tough pick for sure, i think it will depend on the team if they're wanting a natural center or winger.
I'd personally pick Hughes cuz his PPG rate in USHL/USNTDP is higher than Kessell, Eichel, Patty Kane, Keller and only second to Matthews while being a year younger than competition.. They're all great players in the NHL currently too.
i think it's like picking btwn matthews or laine, can't go wrong with either player. Unless some unforeseen circumstances occur like being addicted to fortnite

his height and weight is definitely a huge risk factor, but patty kane is also 5'10 and 177lbs plus 10+ yrs older than him. Tho who knows, what kane is doing is insane.

Lol at them just trying to create some 1st/2nd controversy.
It's jack Hughes. That's it.

Unless it's Edmonton. 😄

I've seen a lot of Harley and kaliyev this year. Harley won't go in the top 10. Kaliyev is really good. Best player I saw in the ohl this year.
