Isles gotta be the most impressive. Non-playoff team last year and lose their top centre, only to bounce back and be a top-10 team this year (so far atleast). Good coaching and a disciplined environment has done a lot for that organization.

Flames would be 2nd to them, mainly because I didnt expect them to be leading the West or even the Pacific.

I'd probably put Habs as my 3rd because it mainly depends on how the season ends for them. If they end up finishing 10th I think they exceeded expectations but still a disappointing year.
