I realized that the "no retracts" rule doesn't jive well with the fluctuating nature of line shifts, so I eliminated that rule. Plus it hasn't been a big issue in the past (didn't like how some people would retract 10 times before game start).

So you can retract bets.

Is puc always -1.5 for the favorite?
