You don't get black listed randomly or for no good reason, also asking for upfront only isn't very common.

We do have hockey mediators and most bettors here have been around for a long time

actually you can get blacklisted in hockey list if people vote so. for example, people voted me and odell there and we havent broke shit. we might be annoying, but still following rules.

I've been getting like 50 bets a day, it would be way too much to ask of a mediator. Its tough enough for me, and it takes a really long time to pay out. This is a big job but I am doing it for the community and I believe people appreciate it. I have asked nicely that no one posts in this topic unless it is a bet, this is my last warning.
