Blues can punch their ticket with a win of any kind or an OTL because they hold the tiebreaker over the AVS

Avs must win in regulation which could lead to some unique plays like pulling the goalie in a tied game in the last few minutes.

Was it the Flyers and Rangers who had a decising game like that a couple years back ? Went to a shootout and everything iirc.
