Ken Hitchcock playing bad Veterans like Pataryn 21-22 minutes a game and benching his up and coming rookies like Honka to just 8 minutes a game.

Oh and hitchcock plays a system straight from 2006 vs speedy teams.

Late season meltdown. Been a fan all my life so I've seen it all too much. Yea some injuries played a small role, but they went from being one of the best PP/PPK teams in the league to one of the worst in both departments. I was hopeful they might sneak in the playoffs but they choked real bad. They lost a lot of close games hence their +10 GD. Had a tough schedule towards the end playing against mostly playoff teams on the road, but like any slippery slope once you start fallin there aint no stoppin and they couldn't stay disciplined either started taking mad penalties(4+ a game) and just gave up like a dying star supernova. Another year. Another 9-10 spot lol :rofl:
