Aren't seasonal legendaries better this year? If they aren't, then yeah, no point in season.

I think the new monk bracers are pretty required, besides that I don't know. A life regen gem or something as well.

no clue. dont think ive seen a list of the new seasonal legendaries. i think theres a bow with RCR for a skill but thats about all i know
