honestly though blizz is such a rip off " we will give you pvp at a later time for free"
adds brawling when there was better pvp at blizzcond isplays... such bs if they release arena pvp in an expansion i think i legit give up on d3 even if it finally gets pvp
getting sick of companies so money hungry they sell you an incomplete game make you wait and buy the other chunks of it in so called "expansions" ...expansinos are suppsoed to expand the game not complete it

He makes a good point on the optional micro-transactions. Offer things that won't give players a competitive advantage (because there will be too much backlash from free users).

$2 for an extra character slot, $2 for an extra stash page, $1 for each new transmog that isn't otherwise available, etc. Could generate enough revenue for them to want to invest more resources into improving the game. The better the game, the more money they make.

However, potential extra resources or not, they still have to fix the fundamental issue (he talked about it in the video): consistent progression. Gotta find something that will keep people interested and PVP might not be the answer.

I don't have any ideas, not sure if there's anything that can fix the game. But I guess that's what the people at Blizz get paid to figure out.
