yes,  and now that he's 80 lbs lighter it'll be a lot different

Kira,  I found doing lower weighted,  high rep,  explosive leg days are best.

Agility Ladder Drills
low weight/dumbell lunges with side to side jump as fast as you can
balance ball squats

i have an exercise where I go down into a lunge,  stand up,  jump sideways,  use the opposite leg for another lunge then jump back,  lunge,  jump to the side lunge etc.  basically making a square like movement and at each corner doing a lunge all the while doing it as fast as possible
when you get used to that,  do it facing a wall and as you stand up throw the ball against the wall and as you jump to the side you catch the ball as you're dropping down for another lunge.

if that made no sense i can make a visual explanation

Yes i'm pretty sure i can figure it right! How long do you do this?

Till you can't keep going. lol

Save it for the last exercise.

I'm at the point now where I do 2-3 straight minutes at a time.

9 am is when I go. It only sucks if I fall asleep really late.

Oh man this month sucked. Had little to no time to go to the gym because of exams and got a forearm tendonitis on top of that. I even regressed compared to the end of november and took 5 unwanted pounds during holidays so far. However everything is gonna change next month. My forearm finally healed completely and i'm more motivated than ever.
