Bush league imo. Season needs to be scrapped so 20-21 can be played normally (assuming we recover by then).

Shortened playoff series in neutral locations with no fans cheapens the Stanley Cup.

Furthermore the health of those involved can not be guaranteed. I don't see how it would be financially viable either.

These ideas just reek of desperation and lack common sense in my opinion.

Shutting this season down wont allow next season to be played normally. It will only be played normally when they create a vaccine, which should at least take a year at earliest. So looking at early 2021.

All arenas are going to have to change. Social distancing is here to stay for the indefinite future. Gone are the days of being shoulder to shoulder and your head at the same height as the ppls asses in the row behind ya.
