So much food for thanksgiving. Days like today are why I like having a pullup bar in my apartment.

I am now down to 185 pounds, from the beginning that's a total of 65 pounds dropped!

Here pics of me at the start and some pics really recent.

http://i42.tinypic.com/dltank.jpg I am obviously the guy on the right

So it's been a while since my last update! Almost been 2 months! Now i am at 172 which bring the total of pounds dropped to 80! It feels amazing and i am so proud of it. For the first time i feel comfortable in my skin and not ashamed of myself!

I am now so close of my goal which is 160-165 pounds... but more motivated than ever!

Another great news is that last winter and for the last 5 years i couldn't ice skate because my feet were hurting so much because of all the weight on the arches. Monday I went free skating for an hour and NO FUCKING PAIN for all the time i was there. I was so happy, this means once i'll improve my skating overall i will be able to start playing goalie on ice. This is one of the thing i wanted to do for soooo long :)

Ahh so fucking happy right now, can't almost not believe it myself. When i started i didn't thought i would lose 80 pounds. Had some rough days through this but this is the best achievement i've done in my life so far!

Wanted to share with you guys!

Psychological is the biggest thing. When you grow up fat you don't think you can be anything BUT fat.

Great job man.

Only thing I noticed there, is that you want to get better at skating in order to play goal.

Goalies don't need to skate. You need to learn how to fall.

yes, and now that he's 80 lbs lighter it'll be a lot different

Kira, I found doing lower weighted, high rep, explosive leg days are best.

Agility Ladder Drills
low weight/dumbell lunges with side to side jump as fast as you can
balance ball squats

i have an exercise where I go down into a lunge, stand up, jump sideways, use the opposite leg for another lunge then jump back, lunge, jump to the side lunge etc. basically making a square like movement and at each corner doing a lunge all the while doing it as fast as possible
when you get used to that, do it facing a wall and as you stand up throw the ball against the wall and as you jump to the side you catch the ball as you're dropping down for another lunge.

if that made no sense i can make a visual explanation
