Halpern was great. Price did everything he could do. Need someone to go in front of net, or at least not put Ryder-Plekanec-Gionta as a line and have Armstrong with Eller and Galchenyuk. All those problems get solved when Prust, Bourque and Diaz return though.

who the fuck is therrien kidding? armstrong is awful and stick out like a sore thumb... atleast change shit up.

again, we cannot crack a defence that should have been cracked first period.

halpern did awesome. price is the man. although ryder line came close few times tonight, this line is losing way too many puck battles and not putting nearly enough pressure on teams defence as they should be.

Gionta needed to be moved down the lineup near the beginning of the year. Tearing his bicep last year has made him quite shitty to the point where he can't handle top line minutes or opposition. I think he'd be really good on the third line when Prust returns. Just do Prust-Plek-Ryder until Bourque returns.

Apparently Bergevin offered Leblanc + Nashville second for Clowe. I'd be fine with that deal if we re-sign Clowe 3-4 years. Leblanc is too injury prone to ever be a core player for us.

I think Gallagher, Kristo and Collberg have made Leblanc expendable anyways.

UFA at end of season, which is why there would be zero chance we trade for him unless an extension is already lined up.

I'd be fine with leblanc and a 2nd. might be early to give up on leblanc, but he seems to regress.

Beaulieu is now the active leading scorer in Hamilton as a defenseman. Safe to say Hamilton is struggling offensively.
