He has to sign an offer sheet for it to even happen in the first place and the team doing it has to have the cap space and 4 first round draft picks available. So for Draisaitl to want to sign one the team will have to be a contender and have all those criteria so I don't think it's going to happen.

And with a 10~ mill hit on drai and a 13.5 mill hit on mcdavid. Wouldn't make sense to match it I think.
