7-8 is exactly where he should be looking based on past signings, only difference is his stats are not over full 3 years. I'd be happy to see 7.5 over 8.



I've thought about chances oilers borrow Thornton / marleau for 1 year ...
Terms on sharp from oilers can only be 1 year...
Basicly we got ~ 97's salary next year in a suitcase to throw at anyone who wants to pad his stats for a year with macdavid and maybe a shot at a deep run.
Personally I think we should throw it at JW, he's got some sins in Carolina to atone for.
