i literally cant kill meph this game because of this heal mechanic

yeah im blizz but every time id get him low like 30-40% he would instantly heal to 100%
so unless my blizz does 30-40% chunks and i 2-3 shot him in like 2 secs he would get healed its weird
my gears pretty garbo though i sold my shako and im running pretty ghetto set up lol
