really vegas could backstab a lot of teams and be like " yeah i wont take him just give us that pick"
then the times comes they take himanyways and just said that so he would be exposed to draft him rofl

Even if they trade Neal they'll lose someone like Smith or Wilson. Neal is better but also much older. It'll be interesting to see what happens.



This is probably the case. I assume Poile will give a little something to McPhee so he skips Neal and takes a lesser player.

Wild idea as an owner. Hire McPhee to fuck everyone with no lube in the draft, build a dope immediately competitive team. Fire McPhee and say it was
"all his fault not, the morals we live by ect" Hire an actual good GM with a fuck ton of great picks and good players. Still be able to trade with lots of teams dumb enough to not see through the plan.

So if they make a deal to only take player X but Vegas selects player Y. Can the league force vegas to select player X or all of these handshake deals?
