Analytics aren't the be all end all of players. Great measuring tool but I've learned to trust the eye test more. I used to be super into advanced stats.

I was one of the people that was happy about signing Fayne because of it and look at him now. If I had the choice of your 3 dmen I'd pick hamonic. Probably the most stable of the three, and would be a solid partner for Sekera.

I'm not sure Eberle would land Hamonic or Barrie though.

No I said you missed the most important figure , how much the cap hit was.

And I already said I'm not keen on Barrie for that very reason.

I'm not convinced we are in any dire need to add a d-man.

And for the last time , any deal before the draft is a net loss.

After draft yea I'd be happy to see hamonic for eberle. I really doubt that's reasonable but whatever.
I'd prefer to see eberle moved for a forward since our rw is thin.

I also don't think PC is in any hurry to move eberle since over all the main reason he's gotta go is to clear up cap space for the following few years when our current elcs need to signed.

Not a chance Vegas takes Kassian (for obvious reasons) and I doubt many teams are interested in trading for him as a flip after Vegas selects him.

Minnesota needs to trade a D-man before expansion. Bob now thinks it's Brodin instead of Dumba, and he links Brodin to Montreal.

Gotta be involving Galchenyuk if that's the case. Would be very similar to the Hall/Larsson trade.

Dumba > Brodin but I think a lot of fans that haven't seen much of the Wild overvalue Brodin and think he's better than he actually is. Brodin for Chucky would be a reasonable trade for both sides, IMO.
