Consequently, the NHL had a hearing with Congress today along with the NFL, NBA, MLB about Ray Rice's reinstatement. NFL got reamed, so I would bet Voynov's staying out until he's found not-guilty. Probably gonna hear an NHL partnership with an anti-abuse or abuse-counseling group soon.

I disagree, he had wrist surgery ( not connected afaik ) and that's what would ruin his shot
