Just look at this forum as a variety of fans that you become friends with, which is great since with hockey, in your actual area all of the fans are basically the home team.
I have several people from here on Facebook, all I consider a friend. I have met two of them in real life, one I've gone to the casino with, went to a Montreal @ Boston playoff game two years ago(Subban ruined it :( ), did an irl fantasy with. And the other being Tim, who I played on the same street hockey team with, competed against him, been to each others houses, went to a game with him and a few buds a couple of weeks ago, etcetc.
There's much more to this forum than a welcher tag, just be friendly with the other users here and enjoy it. :thumbsup:
