My only fatty area is my mid-section, but yeah my gut is at least 35 pounds of excess fat, plus other areas, you could be right, maybe 25% fat
Ill def go get my BF% checked.
Men generally gain most of their fat in their stomach and waist area.

Wrong wrong wrong. The ONLY thing that matters in fat loss is calories. That's it. Eat at a caloric deficit.
