Most personal trainers do not take classes , they just take a test and get a certificate.

I've taken classes , im in sports science... I apply things I learn and see what does, and doesn't work and what gives the most optimal results.

depends what you classify as a personal trainer

a "real" personal trainer knows shit about how you should train if you got that condition and this allergy

and how you're supposed to lay up your diet if you're allergic to gluten and got diabetes for an example

if your bones are fragile etc

Cardio is not completely useless.. lol, it burns calories, and hence affects the difference in calories..

Its much harder to gauge how much calories you burn from cardio , therefore you need to eat more calories in order to stay at your 500 deficit. Also it makes it much harder to maintain your muscle which people are generally striving for on a cut.

Im just saying you could sit on your ass all day , not touch a weight, or run and go from 30% to 5% bf.

some scientist went on a twinkie diet, cutting out all other calories other than like 3 twinkies a day or something, maybe it was 5, and lost plenty of weight :lol:

You can eat literally ANYTHING YUO WANT , and you can lose fat. You can have mcdonalds and only mcdonalds , and has long as you hit your macronutrients of fats/carbs/proteins , and stay at a deficit you will lose fat.
