Wonder if he'll yell at himself in the locker room like he yells at his teammates

Woooooo maybe best game of the year I’ve watched. Tbh haven’t seen the flames outplayed in 2022, but tonight they probably were.

Flames rolling at 14-1-1 now

Only caught the last 10 mins + OT but from what I saw, Flames were lucky it got to OT.

That missed empty net 2-on-0 by Toews and that awful turnover by Kylington.

Yeah snuck by for sure. That toews play would have been the end. Avs are fast. Yanking your goalie when the flames go ahead 3-2 is cutthroat af. Avs clearly trying to send a message to a possible playoff opponent.

And the blues.

East definitely the better conference  but the West's playoff race is much tighter.
The 8 east teams are practically locked in barring a huge collapse.

Cbj 10 points behind Washington for 2nd wildcard. Boring.

Does that mean the east is better? Not so sure, as of yesterday, 13 of the 16 teams in the west have winning records. Where as the east only has 8 of 16 teams with winning records, seems like the top 8 can beat up on the little guys alot more since they play them twice as much(7 of the bottom 10 are in the east)

blues wouldn't have a spot because cgy and avs would push 2 teams out, st louis wouldn't be in the mix and neither would the bruins [by 1 pt]

https://www.espn.com/nhl/standings/_/view/vs-division

Colorado's record has to say something, more success against west vs east

It doesn't seem as simple as this many teams have winning records, I'm not saying anything conclusively but I would assume that if a group of 'playoff' teams are steadily beating the rest of the teams in the conference that would make them superior but somehow this raises doubt?
