This weekend the isolation started to hit me. A delayed response but now I am starting to go stir crazy.

I am a fairly extroverted person and it has become depressing to an extent.

I used to look forward to the weekends with such joy knowing I would have friends over, had plans to go out and socialize and of course WATCHING HOCKEY FOR FUCK SAKE.

Now I am grateful to not wake up to an alarm clock Saturday morning, but other then that weekends are have less meaning each time.

I really just want to go to the bar, have my favorite burger, drink some beers and watch hockey. It is one of those cliches 'you don't know what you have till it's gone' moments.

All of these small events I would look forward to have always been taken for granted.

Now I could miss out on camping trips, hikes, spending the day downtown, driving down to Alberta and so much more. All things I took for granted and I cant help but feel like I am getting the slap in the face

I deserve for having this attitude of entitlement that those little things that make me happy would always be there. At least I got JSP. We can still talk about hockey and other topics.

That being said I am grateful that I am healthy, have a roof over my head and am employed. I have lots of family and friends I can not wait to see again but I know I have to do my part and be patient.

dobyns had a deal for 40% off, i was going to buy some stuff but i didnt, ive got enough for now.

but i have been watching videos about guys making their own soft plastics, so im looking to buy some used molds and pick some stuff up eventually to make my own.

also, almost all the lakes have closed launch ramps, and all the state/county lakes have closed.

i was able to get ahold of a guy and im going to trade him some side work for access to fish the pond on his property so ill have somewhere to go social distance
