honestly if it was lower i wouldnt care
as long as you could trade them and get the ones you need with the right stats not account bound shit
if there going to bind siht to yuor account they better have damn good drop rates

I thought i would hate it as i was rich in the old system and thus advantaged

but I like the new system it really encourages group play, if you do some rifts and all post your legends and swap them around to who ever they help its kind of cool.

Before it was just AHing piles upon piles of garbage drops

So I got internet but it is so bad the battle.net app wont even start and says im in offline mode.

Checked my xbox and it said i have a 48% package loss

Calling comcast tomorrow to find out wtf is up with this shit.
