They come from all over Canada.

Mild climate most of the time and we give them free drugs. Not a bad place to be if you are struggling.

It's only going to get worse sadly. unresolved trauma, a lack of accountability and sky high living costs are a great mix.

I don't see an easy answer to solve the problem. To me the special interest groups want that cohort to continue struggling with mental health, addictions, and homelessness.

Cushy jobs for them and it keeps the taxpayer gravy train flowing. Living well off the misery of others. I don't see how giving people drugs and keeping them sick is compassionate but everyone has their own opinions.

easy solution, ship them all to alberta, let mother nature freeze them all solid in the snow bank. hard to do drugs when your a popsicle

Don't forget, they could literally break into stores and steal food, drinks etc. And casually walk away cuz cops can't do much about it.
They arrest em? Released in few hours or next day after a good cozy sleep in the tank instead of the streets.

Dunno about other provinces, but bc or Vancouver specifically is a place for the ultra poor or the ultra rich. Anywhere in btwn gets rekt.

Wonder who our new assistant coach will be.

One more thing to add to what will be an interesting off-season.

Big decisions to be made.

Hopefully Hnronek is offer-sheeted by another team and does not go the arbitration route.

I still wonder if the $8 million rumours are true. That is just absurd.

Never liked yeo hiring. However the Canucks will need a PP coach and I'm gonna guess they'll bring a similar experienced assistant coach, rather than a less experienced one.

I don't think anyone would offer sheet though, nhl gm are too pussy to do it cuz it'll create petty shit like kotkaniemi and aho fiasco lmao.

Canucks are gonna look a lot different next season, will alvin be able to repeat the success by having so many potentially leave the team? I do like how JR and alvin knows not to overpay, and find similar talents to support the main core guys. This most likely means bye bye to Zadorov, Joshua, Cole and such.
