Instead of "grinding" just go at your own pace and let it be :D

You're not really racing anyone. Not like it's a ladder reset.

Pretty much this, I hardly ever play and I'm at 23. Just evolve on lucky eggs when you save up enough and it's pretty quick

according to rand, you shouldnt even think about lvling or evolving anything under 100%
