It took a bit for my phone to load it so it got a lul when it popped up haha

Tried a new chest routine from my man Kai Greene
Significantly significantly lower the weight and do 4x15-20 on everything
laying Lat dumbbell push down...pull down? I duno the name. The exercise was used for chest contractions though not lats at all so I'm surr I named it wrong lol
Incline bench
Incline dumbbell
Flat
Cables
Machine flys
Tricep pushdowns
Dips

Twenty reps four times was insane. You have to put the ego away though. The bodybuilder with kai was doing 25 dumbbells for incline to give ypu an idea of the strain.
Zero cheat reps. Full complete contractions squeeze and hold. Way harder than just crankin out reps. Need to not worry about people watching yoi not use plates though lol

Good stuff

Is it me or sometimes having few bad days for diet can actually lead to something better than not doing those. Like this week, i had 3 poor diet days on thursday, friday and saturday and i didn't took any pounds. In fact, since thursday i lost 3 pounds eating well on sunday, monday and tuesday and going to the gym.

I don't know if it is because the bad days change the routine of the diet or something but it's weird... and awesome at the same time!

You would need months of bad dieting days to notice it in a weight measurement.

A couple bad days should just provide you with calories to burn.
If you plan on a true blue cut later you may notice it takes *that much longer* . In short- you won't notice a few bad days. Especially not if you aren't on a real bulk or cut plan I don't think.
Just don't let yourself fall in to a long term slump bc you of course need to ve fueling yourself with the proper nutrients etc.

My knowledge is in no way professional. #broscience

The thing is i am on a cut diet. I usually stick to it 6 days a week and cheat one meal or two per meal and when i say cheat it's like eating rice or pasta not mcdonalds. But the 3 days i said i ate pizza, poutine mcdonald, beer and stuff like that and it ended up being good on the scale (with the great days after)

When you are cutting your body will eventually get use to the calories you are eating at and then you will not lose any weight. Cheat days or refeed days (look this up , they are different) can restart your metabolism and help you jump start the cutting process again.

THats a rough explanation as to why this happens.

Also Im down to 167 , can see top abs .
