I think they'll just use him and let his contract expire. When he was sheltered and played 5/6 role he was basically a premium 3rd pair dman. Ever since soucy got hurt, it forced more minutes for myers cuz juulsen and co. Are much worse if not the same. Game last night was exciting but holy hell the player coverage was so bad, like how can they let 4 high danger chances out of 8 shots in the first period? Njd are fast, but I don't think speed killed the team, rather players not covering their man costed them this game.

Kuzmenko needs to really get his shit together. Bruce was the perfect coach for him, but he seems to not agree with Tocchet. It's alarming that he's ignoring what Tochett wants him to do, and just doing his own thing. Like Tocchet wants 30s shifts for his players so they can go 110% when on the ice. Kuzmenko stays minute or longer each shift, which fucks up the line changes, momentum, and he doesn't have much gas to do shit anyway. Probably why Tocchet benched his ass cuz the dude is trying to force more toi
