With 4.2m cap off the books, the Canucks can add more depth to the blueline and not be forced to play one of juulsen, mcward, Irwin, Friedman. I think alvin was trying to sign 2 more dman but couldn't cuz of cap issues early in the season.

Bear will most likely be a target, and I heard Zadorov was.. I don't want Zadorov. Thankfully flames are in the wildcard spot and they're reluctant to trade him now.

Bear would be a huge addition to the team cuz he played with Hughes, and it gives another option to split Hughes and Hronek when needed to balance the minutes.
