they litterally said they buffed your chance from Kadala since she is suppose to be your best chance at upgrades

also i ran into one of those packs of goblins, luckily i had my archon form i could pop so i got em all

not a single legendary/set though

sucks. i found about 4 packs so far. not a leg from any though it should be diff now with the leg buffs to rifts

Pretty sure my fettishes got buffed too. They were doing 2 mil before, now they're doing 3.5 mil crits.
