Peter DeBoer lost all 5 conference finals appearances over the last 6 seasons in 6 or fewer games. Power play (8 for 75 overall) is a huge reason.

He's a good enough coach to get your team to the conference finals, but a shit coach in the end? See sjs, vegas, now Dallas. Insane their pp did worse than the canucks, despite having that much talent and depth on their lines.
top 1% is just so hard to crush, he's elite, won championships at every level he's coached.. leagues never been so good!
