I think before you can make any more changes to the active list. Everyone needs to agree on exactly what the true definition of active is.

Until that is determined you will always have problems.

Is it someone who actively bets? Is it someone who frequently posts?

oh hey, i was actually refraining from posting this today, but i guess we did at the same time

when me and tom ran the list
it was an active bettor that had no other issues as far as being bm or any potential betting issues

when cratic had final word, additions went from every few weeks/months to once a year maybe, and the criteria became much stricter

now, we have 9 meds voting, and each med has a bit of a different opinion, but it all still comes down to a vote

Except you're all prone so you actually only have one shared opinion.

My point still stands. I honestly dont know any of the meds that well, I dont frequently bet or converse with them.

What I'm trying to say, is that being buddy buddy with the meds has nothing to do with it. They look into how disruptive you are on the forum. People such as yourself are quite disruptive and enjoy trolling, well if that's what you wanna do then dont expect to get added to the list. It's their discretion what criteria they use for the list is, and if they feel that your general attitude and actions towards other members should impact that, then they can. I see nothing wrong with it.



I've said this before, and I'll say it again. The Hockey 'Active' has always been a harder tag to achieve than the other forums. They've always taken into account not only peoples betting status but also their general attitude and how productive (or in the case of most people who get left off, disruptive) they are on the forum.
