its actually my fault ...well my anti virus
i use bitdefender and the "safepay" came up because paypal is like a banking site so i finished the order in there

well that made it not register my newegg account i think because i wasnt logged into newegg on the safepay so it charged me and sent with blank info
my fault unfortunately i never even thought about it tbh

how ever i just ordered a video card and made sure that was not the case so if there is any issue now its on newegg
and when i get the refund ill just buy my harddrive again i mean its a 3% fee its only like $2 on the $70 not that big of a deal

i might call once i see the payment has went through to make sure that my orders not fucked lol
