You still get more damage with a triumvirate and old tals ammy with a black weapon then you would with an elemental weapon.

Not fixed.

Unless you talking bout the other bs mods that roll now

From what I've read on the BNET forums, seems like they've fixed it except for the %dmg thing I mentioned. The confusion might come from the old legacy stat showing up in the sheet DPS whereas the new "+element skill damage" doesn't.
