Thats what I loved about D2, I would grind for hours with my Hammerdin and when I did find that one godly item I would just get super stoked. Im starting to feel that way now that im finding gear i can use and not just buy the gear off AH.
and there was no sense of joy if you never found fuck all like most people ...the ah was a good thing
and d2 uniques had set rolls now they roll with stats for that character... u could mf on a hdin n gear a zon a necro an asn ectect and trade extras for needed shit but on d3 you pretty much gear the char your on and thats it
might be able to share like wiz/wd gear monk/dh barb/crusader but your still limited
