Hyperbole about the Canadian bin laden stuff. If you were 14 in Canada and did anything illegal you would be tried differently than an adult, for obviously reasons. Even if you had a shitty father. Missing a ton of context about what child soldiers are. Also kid was shot twice and partially blinded by schrapnel before he supposedly threw the grenade, then tortured by Americans into telling him whatever they wanted him to say. You ever been a 15 year old child soldier in Guantanamo? Me neither, thank god.
