Just look at their iv, you might have a gem
Got a 98% bulbasaur at like lvl 15, sure it cost a lil bit more of dust and candies but it worth it

Can someone please check the IV level of my magikarp

I'm level 24
Cp:135
31 hp
For me to power up it says 2 candies for 2500 stardust

If you haven't powered it up yet, then it's somewhere between 62 and 91%.

If I were you, I'd wait for a higher CP Magikarp 'cause at level 24 you can easily find something close to 180 CP, which will save you a ton of dust.

There's no actual way to know the exact IV? Only a guess range?

Using this method, you have to power up the Pokemon once or twice to refine the range and get your exact number. Also, the lower the CP, the bigger the range will be.

There are other methods to get the exact IV right away, but I don't use them because I like the non-invasive site.

Someone else might be able to tell you where to find those things.
