Hey just a heads up, I saw that the league is currently set to end on Apr. 4th which is the last day of the season. Don't we usually finish the playoffs the week before to prevent the chance of players getting rested and thus screwing our line ups ?

Yeah we normally do I believe.
I think it may have been set to different based on how many players were in league preciously, not sure.

Good looking out.
I'll check the options

You guys want to try this waiver budget spending thing?
I know nothing about it.

It would be this instead of "waiver priority"
In this scenario, each successful claim moves you to the bottom of the priority list.

I'm the budget system:

"Each manager receives a dollar amount to place blind bids on waived players. The manager with the highest bid gets the claim. The bid amount is deducted from the manager's budget. If the same bid amount is placed the standard priority list is used as tiebreaker."

I don't know how much the budget is but it'd add a bit of strategy.

I think I'd like to keep standard priority list but I'll do whatever.
zNick suggested the change.

I use this for my league for football, I highly recommend it.
It does not award people for losing like standard waivers.

I think "continuous rolling list" does not figure losing. I *think that it's just if you got a claim recently, you move further down the list for next time.

Ah, hockey's standard waivers must be different. Usually for NFL is resets every week from bottom up

Yeah I was creating a league with my IRL friends and was looking at this one to guide myself and saw that it ended on Apr. 4th.

One other thing I saw is that there's only 1 IR+ spot. Personally I'd like more than that but maybe it's just me ? I'd put 5 IR+ spots and no IR/NA spot. I never understood why someone should get penalised if one of their player gets injured ( not having the player available is already bad you shouldn't have to drop him or another player on top of that imo ).

What do you guys think ?

That is "standard waiver" . I think there are 3 options.
