i dont know whats problem if someone want to sell like 10% or 50% of team to me.

for example, you bought caps vs 1000fg, if you wanted to sell 10% of it to me vs 100fg, whats problem there?

that wouldnt happen if you let me bid normal way. im sure the most rule-following person in this forum, literally.

i had coyotes 50/50 with znick few season ago and there was no problems.

you can try to ban me from games, but its not gonna happen. there have allways been pm deals, and will allways be. u might think i didint get in games this year? you are wrong. i got in every game i wanted to get in. it just causes more and more mess when i have to do that all "hidden". you would be suprised if you saw all my pms.

It's true. Nauki and I have super secret pm agreement I make him minority sub minority owner of Vegas he let's me take his sister to the sweedish prom this year.

No one forced him to bid on the Blues, when you bid, you can expect to win + it's clearly in the rules winner has to pay within a short delay if not next highest bid gets pot.

Getting blues at 400 is a good thing not a bad thing

you sure remember what happened last year when cratic paid late? nothing, he got team after fkn 3 day late, and so did chojo. why? becus pens have no buubs to follow rules against ex-leader. rigged korruption
he even himself agreed to paid late. thats something i hate, rules should be same.

nothing against cratic, but if he cant follow rules, he shouldnt have gotten team. dont know whats situation here, but if its late, its late. thats it. 24 hour is enough, 24h 1minute is late.

Next year add either

1. Longer payment delays
2. Possible for 2nd highest bid to retract bid after payment default
3. Winning 2nd highest bid from payment delays does not count as one for the max 3 teams for highest bid win

I get it, it sucks Nearin wanted leafs and wouldn't have bet on caps if he knew he would have won blues. The best would have been to let the auctions end then try and negotiate with the leafs winner, not have someone buy them for you to bypass the rule since this creates a loophole and people can buy as many teams as they want by doing this.

The blues closed on the 20th, technically orchard should have paid by the 21st, I was not told that my bid had won until the 27th, after my bid for the caps had closed on the 26th.

when I was bidding on the caps it was reasonable for me to assume I had lost the blues auction as both the bidding period and 24 hour closing period had passed.

So you, Trump, conspired with your sugar daddy Putinpens, in secret to collude and steal the auction illegally

nearin shouldn't be on the hook for the blues if it took that long to let him know that he had to take them

if the auction closes and it's a full week later before the 'winning bid' is notified then that person should have the choice to retract, and in that occasion the auction should be re-opened

I'm okay with it for this year but we need to add a new rule for next season.

Possibly if a team is passed up by the #1 bidder, the #2 can decline and then the team is re-posted for a "BIN" price of the 2nd bid (obviously the original bidders cannot buy). I understand how this happened to you, and frankly the rules dont account for people not paying their bids.

I dont like teams being purchased and then immediately sold, just creates a really ugly optic.

I would personally be in favour of a longer pay period like a week.

I believe orchards bid was honest and he intended to pay.

as we all grow up we are a little less vigilant about d2jsp, a 24 hour timer might be hard to follow.

That being said he did have about 6 days before pens actually called it.

I would also be more than willing to have the blues go back up for auction with anything over 450 i need to recoup being added to the pot

I agree the situation sucked but if there was some rule bending to be done it shouldn't have been behind the scenes. I don't believe you should sell the blues or leafs since technically the rules weren't broken I just think you guys should have been transparent about your deal on the leafs to bypass the rules is all.

It's just clear the rules next year need to be changed/more clear because typically we don't have to worry about loophooles with unblacklisted people. Wouldn't have made an issue with a 50fg game but when the pot is 20k the game needs to be fair and rules need to be 100% enforced on everyone.

Don't take anything personal.. I'm just a rule Nazi and know your intent wasn't to try and rig the game/break rules.
