I'd recommend a cap on Waiver moves per week (not trades of course)

Reason being, in the playoffs on the last couple of days, I could dump my entire roster if they're not playing and get a whole roster of guys who are.

I could also have 1-2 slots on my roster the entire year where I pick up a waiver player every single day to ensure I have extra games playing every day of the week.

3-4 is standard.

Looking at the Logs.. I think I didn't manually select the 1st week to start when creating the league.. as I thought it would auto select the first week.

That or when I changed the league from rotisserie to H2H some settings were changed.

I know for sure I manually set goalie starts/ max moves and a couple other setting that were changed.
