Wrong wrong wrong. The ONLY thing that matters in fat loss is calories. That's it. Eat at a caloric deficit.

True, i gotta cut down on beer and the ocassional munchies.
Ill get a pic up soon and then try to post an after in like 3 months from now or so :)

In order to have effective fat loss you're gonna wanna count your calories. You want to generally eat 500 calories below maintainence . But cutting out the crap is a good start!

do your self a favor and dont bother, if you need help go to a trainer, gyms usually will give you a month of free training when u sign up for the first time

Generally personal trainers don't know shit and are completely underqualified. You will get better advice from someone who has studied this stuff for a few years, even bodybuilding.com andthe health and fitness forum here will garner you better results than a PT

while that may be true, reading shit on the internet does not make you any better then the person that took a class and works at a gym, altho they practice what they learned and are doing it
