Looking for a 70s, young forward and a draft pick.
I got defense up and 80s goalies

BTW, is there development in this? Like players getting better?

Young players generally get better, whereas older players generally get worse. It's not always the case, but usually (depending on hiddens/luck)

In response to a question I received via pm:

Haven't decided exactly what I'm going to do, but I may have it so that people will get the chance to drop players before the draft so that they can remain under the cap.
Other teams will have the option to pick up those player (basically they become free agents)
You're best off dropping low rated old players.
Even a 55-60 OV young player can get up to a 70 or so in a few years if they have good hiddens

The cap? There's salary? Or you mean the max/min amount of players on a team

Players, Rosters, etc:

* The minimum amount of players you may have at one time is 20.
* The maximum amount of players you may have at one time is 28.
