STREAMING DOTA 2

It's almost 1:30 in the morning and it's as bright outside as it would be on a cloudy day at 8 or 9 AM. Definitely brighter then it was at 9:30 when I was out. I've always wondered why in winter at night its so bright.

Apparently its snow I've been recently told when saying this out loud lol.

Is there snow?

Generally if there's snow, fog, cloudy, the street lights etc will light up the sky making it seem brighter. Doesn't happen very often in the summer cuz sky is mostly clear. Nothing for the light to reflect off of.

Yeah as soon as I said that I concurrently said it out loud and I was told it's because of the snow.
