I know there is a weapon that gives a mana regen aura.
Also I remember gearing a merc for pvp and teleporting/ 1-shotting kids I just don't remember what the weapon was

depends what class really
popular set ups are like
gaze/andys
fortitude or stone if looking for cheaper
insight(mana regen aura ) or infinity (-res aura )
you can also use like botd pike instead and have no aura but big dick damage
