we need a rule where we can decline penalties, our powerplay sucks dick, we have a better chance to be scored on shorthanded than to score ourselves

We are such a 2 line team, our bottom 2 lines always do fuckall and it hurts us, especially since our top 6 can get a little inconsistent

We need a boost to line 3 maybe
