my buddies ol lady's dad was in charge of a JTF squad for the last 2 decades, he/she has some cool stories.

they just usually hire older guys, more mature and most likely can handle the mentality it takes to get shit done better than a 22 year old etc.

im not worried, im still in my prime physically.

i honestly dont think ill get in though, its hard, but my age/time in won't effect it at all.
