Chicago takes a too many men penalty with 19.1 left in OT. Clock runs down to 18.1. Nobody corrects the mistake. Jackets score like a tenth of a second or so after time expire. Hawks in the shootout and Korpisalo gets hurt

+/- 1 second on penalties is probably a regular thing
