If you're under contract with Dominos for 2 more years then that would constitute a breach of contract and you'd have to pay penalties OR pizza pizza would have to buy the contract out.

So... yeah, under circumstances similar to hockey, Dominos should be compensated.

Adding a pick to that is the asinine part, that's like Dominos getting Pizza Pizza stock shares as part of the deal.
