IMO Buffalo would be the best place for him if he's not staying in Tampa (which is the actual best place for him). It's right next to home but no crazy media crap and Buffalo has a lot of good young pieces. Toronto is definitely heading in an awesome direction but Buffalo is closer to pushing right now.

Today dreger reports that buffalo is "all in" on stamkos with reports (purely speculative) of numbers upwards of $12 mil a year.
