Might be dumb question but if you can make ladder runewords on nonladder what's the point of playing ladder or are they switching it back to normal when ladder releases

Ladder is just for the race and/or fresh start.

I don't think ladder only items was ever the main reason the majority of people played it.

i assume that when the ladder will be up no one is going to make them with their current champ
