as always the actives put forth the names they are actively betting with
the names that are nominated the most then go to the meds for discussion, the only time someone would be omitted is if theyd had previous issues or are generally bm, tbh the meds feel differently about some of the criteria to be active, but it all comes down to a vote in the end

i personally think an active needs to be an actively contributing gm member of the forum
people i see constantly complaining about list stuff, games, freerolls wtvr, or guys are generally bm around the forum, or people who have had some issues with various rules, i dont see as good candidates for active

And that's why the list is broken.

We have people that the majority want on the list , not on it. Then we have people that shouldn't be near it , on it. Like yourself.

if you dislike the list, feel free to take the znick route, nobody is forced to be on it
